Empower and Inspire Younger Generation with Athar Mentorship Program!

The program invites experienced alumni who are eager to give back to Khalifa University community and support the next generation of Local talent.

Eligible mentors should: 

• Be a Khalifa University Graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in any specific field
• Demonstrate Leadership with a notable career success 
• Be passionate about mentorship and is willing to share knowledge and experience with a Khalifa University Student 
• Be available for regular engagement, dedicating approximately 1–2 hours per month over a six month period.
• Value relationship-building and be committed to the principles of mutual respect, active listening, and offer constructive feedback
• Have a security clearance (in the UAE)

Mentees are students or fresh graduate who want guidance and advice to further their careers and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel. Mentees shall be: 

1. Khalifa University junior/senior students with a GPA of 2.0 or higher
2. Khalifa University alumni graduated less than three years ago.
